CANCUN BABY!!!

The above is us so thrilled to be off the plane and
in Cancun Mexico!!
Yup, Madi joined us as well:)
We figured, she did so well with the long drive
to California, why not a four hour plane ride??
She actually was such an angel!!
She hardly made a peep the whole ride - honest!
We stayed at the same resort the Trev and I did
for our honeymoon....
so it was fun to go back and share it
with little miss priss:)
We took about 600 pics.....
so here are just a FEW!

They had the coolest kiddy pool,
and Madi couldn't get enough of it.
Everytime we walked by she'd start bouncing
up and down saying "ooooo ahhhh"

This girl became addicted quite quickly
to pina coladas!!

we ate some delicious places!!

....and they always had yummy buffets,
my mouth is watering just thinking of
all that good food!

it stayed about 89 degrees.....
so wonderful!

It did rain a few times,
but it was perfect timing
cause we luckily were never out swimming when it did...
except for that one time mommy and daddy snuck
away with uncle David and Brig
to jump the waves in the ocean!!

This is Xcaret.....kinda like a seaworld/zoo
they had some interesting and amazing
animals! Plus swimming with the dolphins!!

We did some snorkeling....no pictures of us though!

We saw some sting ray, amazing colorful fish,
sea turtle, and a huge baracuda!!

It was such an awesome vacation! One that
was well needed.

1st Birthday!!

Someday, I just might start blogging on time.
Probably not, but until then...

Happy 1st Birthday
to my sweet baby girl!
Madison had an awesome birthday
(back in April)

This girl has the BEST
facial expressions....
she was so shocked to get
a new swimming suit and jelly sandals,
even though she helped mommy
pick them out:)

After a few presents in the morning
we got all dressed
and headed out with friends
for the hot springs!
Luckily, it was amazing weather...
you never can tell in northern Utah,
especially in April!

She was giggling and splashing up a storm.

After the hot springs my family came over
with Trevor's parents and we
had cupcakes and ice cream!
It was so much fun putting these together
with Madi's cake.
I was a little intimidated to try it out,
but I'm so glad I did!

Madi seriously had to investigate her cake!
She loved eating it, but she really
hated being messy and not being
able to shake off all the frosting:)
We should have recorded it, it was hilarious!

Rewind

Big time back up!!!
This was our FUN trip to
California with our awesome friends
Brian, Holly and Blake.
Madi and Blake our the same age....
and have so much fun together:)

We were able to visit the Wild Animal Park,
Sea World, and San Diego Zoo!

Madi did WAY better than I thought she would!
She actually kept herself occupied
during the LoNg drive.
She could not get enough of all the
animals and fish we saw!

I made matching onsies for the kids
one for sea world....has shamu
and another for the zoo!
These kids had so much fun.

Madison slept great.....but she
likes HER crib much better than
the one in the hotel:)

2 yrs and many more.....

It has been two years since I have married the love of my life and my best friend (sorry dad she just looks a whole lot better than you:)) We have a beautiful daughter Madison that is such a joy and can I say for the record, she is growing up so fast!!! We love to laugh and just be around each other watching movies, playing the marble game, having friends over for dinner and spending time with family. I would say that I am the luckiest guy on the planet but attributing my wife to luck would not do her justice. She truly is my angel sent from a loving God! There are times when I certainly don't deserve to have such a wonderful wife, that is something I have ETERNITY to work at:) Keesa the night we went bowling I knew you were the wife I was searching for, the wonderful mother I only dreamed my children could have.
Here's to two years Babe and many many more....

We ventured to the swings today to show
daddy just how brave Madi is.
This girl couldn't stop giggling!!!

yes, please don't remind me how fast she's grown
I notice......everyday
but I really can't complain I guess,
cause she's been so good and
so fun to watch
in every stage!

I couldn't have asked for a sweeter daughter or husband!

I am so very LUCKY to have both:)
